Need: An online solution for an established company-wide employee education program on the complex dealings of this Charles Schwab business enterprise.

Solution: A self-paced online tutorial that allows the user to take the complete orientation or access individual pieces of information, as needed. We designed, programmed and collected content for the piece, and developed a communications package for the launch and its on-going promotion. Site maintenance training was also provided.
